Your assistant keeps working — it never stops answering visitors. You'll be notified as you approach and reach the limit so you can top up or move up a plan.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your portal dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No contracts, no notice period.
A top-up adds 500 extra conversations to the current billing month for $21 CAD. Top-up credit doesn't roll over once the month renews.
No. Your monthly plan is the only cost.
