These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ryvora's AI chat widget product, customer portal, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Ryvora ("Ryvora", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Ryvora provides an AI-powered chat widget that businesses can embed on their own websites to answer visitor questions, help with appointment booking, and capture leads, along with a customer portal for managing your account, billing, and bot content.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when signing up, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at hello@ryvora.ca if you believe your account has been compromised.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are as shown on our Pricing page at the time you subscribe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your portal dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide partial-month refunds. Additional conversation top-ups are billed as one-time charges at the time of purchase.
You agree not to use the Service to publish or train the bot on content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes someone else's rights, and not to use the Service to abuse, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another customer's data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
You retain ownership of the business information, knowledge base entries, and branding you provide to configure your bot. You grant us a license to use that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, generating embeddings and chat responses from it).
The Service relies on third-party providers to function, including OpenAI (for generating chat responses), Stripe (for payment processing), and email/hosting infrastructure providers. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' own applicable terms where relevant.
We work to keep the Service reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate — the bot is designed to stay within the information you provide it and to hand off to a human when it's unsure, but you're responsible for reviewing its configured knowledge and behavior for your own business.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryvora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other customers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
